I am a dedicated and passionate teacher of 24 years at the middle school level in Kentfield, California. I have worked with students of all kinds. I have tutored students in the subjects of history, language arts and mathemetics. I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be able to do it.
I attended California State, Chico University for undergrad, stayed on to earn my teaching credential and later went to the University of San Francisco for grad school.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We introduce ourselves, get to know one another briefly, then I get right to the task- find out what they excel at and what they find challenging in school. Once we are comfortable and ready to go, we jump right into the first homework, class assignment or practice that is available to us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years of middle school instruction, 6 years of tutoring overall.
