Making a long-term difference in the lives of others. I love working with teenagers because they are interesting and have such unique perspectives and are less tainted than adults! But that is just one of many bonuses of my job- the core goal which is to have a positive impact on the options students have that can determine their career, lifestyle, and most of all: fulfillment. I love making a difference in their college options - knowing how that can change the entire course of their lifelong opportunities (like it did for me) is so powerful and very fulfilling for me to impact others this way even if it is just a small part of their lives.
