My name is Michelle Doan and I have always had a great passion for education. I think it’s the only solution for vertical economic mobility.

Growing up in a small town in Vietnam in the early '90s, my dad used to defy all the nay-sayers and drove me to an English program one hour away, 3 times a week just so I could practice English with foreign teachers. Then came time for high-school, he made the determination to send me to an international school 3 hours away from our hometown, then Switzerland for college. In retrospect, his fervent faith in education and what it can do for a small town girl is what helped transformed my life. Thanks to the early English lessons and a good education foundation, I am in the United States managing a business because of him.

There’s no denying of the positive impacts education brings to our communities and families. Education is what drives civilization forward. That belief which my dad held dear now has instilled in my core values and helped shape my decision to start Club Z! In-home tutoring and test prep services. I want to provide that beacon of light for a child struggling at school, provide mentors for our youth and improve the dreams of Americans have for and in their children.

I believe with Club Z!’s proven successful business model (Over 20 years in 500+ locations in America) and my background in excellent customer care (hospitality management, real estate), this means a delivery on our promise of quality.
