How did you get started teaching?
I began tutoring in my junior year of college when a professor identified my exceptional writing prowess and referred me to a tutoring position on campus. I have since gone on to teach English as a foreign and second language in Ecuador, India and Ethiopia. I also worked for the reputable Tutor.com as on online college essay writing tutor for over 2 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
mostly college students, but K-12 as well. Students with learning disabilities and special needs as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently entered into a new relaltionship and it is going very well so far.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask them why it is they do what they do. You will benefit most from a tutor, especially a writing tutor, who is passionate about the subjects they tutor.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What there particular strengths and weaknesses are and what exactly about their assignments do they not understand.
