Hope to connect with you soon!
I love what I do because teaching is always different. Everyday is new, and everyday I get to learn more about myself and my students!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to have a meet and greet with new students, to gain familiarity not only for myself but for the students and their families. This session will be half of the price of a typical session and helps to gain a trusting tutoring relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with elementary students for over 10 years and currently work with special education students in the Bay Area.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a $35/per hour per student flat rate no matter the subject or grade. I teach full time so I am available most weekdays from 3-7pm.
How did you get started teaching?
There are many teachers in my familiy. Teaching was a natural next step for me post-college and after having worked many years with children in summer camps and summer school programs.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages from preschool to highschool with my focus being elementary school aged students.
I have many years of experience working with special education students, specifically students with learning differences such as dsylexia, dyscalulia, dysgraphia, ADHD, verbal processing disorders, speech delays, memory disorders and autism.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would always advise meeting your tutor before hand. I helps to know what specifically you are looking to be tutored in and if there are many things, what you would like to focus on first.
