What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's all about what a student's goals are. If they just want to pass a class, or get a good job, or really understand the material for personal reasons, I understand. Everyone has their own path. I always encourage deeper understanding of elements of the subject to be most valuable in the long term.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of professional experience working full stack software engineering for companies large and small, a wide range of projects, languages, and technologies.
Natural ability to distill complex ideas into their simple and understandable components, making me a good teacher.
