Hello!

My name is Lenin. I am an aspiring artist in the Bay Area currently pursuing a bachelors degree in fine arts. I am an apprentice for a local mural artist in the Bay Area and in the future, I hope to lead an art project, specifically centered in mural work around my community.

Since childhood Art has always been my passion and I was very fortunate to have an excellent art program in elementary and high school. During my senior year and my first years of college, I worked for a non- profit organization in the after school arts program. I taught kids from grades 4 to 6 about painting, crafting and clay throwing.

As a tutor, I look forward to working with students individually and understanding their unique eye and approach to art. My method of teaching is very honest and informative about art history. I believe as an artist, you should reference the past in order to see what the future looks like.
