Giuliana Salomone

Hi there, my name is Giuliana! I am a recent college graduate with over 6 years of tutoring experience.

Throughout high school, I assisted my lower and middle-school-aged neighbors with their homework on a weekly basis. While pursuing my BA in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco, I worked as a tutor and site lead for Engage San Francisco, a work-study program aimed at providing local after-school programs with tutoring support.

The pandemic presented challenges as I continued my academic pursuits, but I successfully navigated a new online learning landscape and ensured that my students thrived over Zoom tutoring sessions.

Presently, I'm an aspiring Journalist, interning at KQED News. My proficiency spans a wide array of core curriculum subjects, with particular expertise in reading, writing, social sciences, & music.
