About
I'm unique in the Latin teaching field because I've taught for mutliple years at the middle school, high school, and college levels. I have extensive experience teaching AP Latin, and have taught from multiple textbooks.
I hold a Bachelors and Master's degree in Classical Latin, amd have worked extensively with the language both for scholarship and fun. My knowledge of Greek mythology and Roman history are particularly strong and I've created a lot of resources, videos, and stories I've written in Latin about these.
Latin is so fun to learn, and I enjoy making it fun for others! My 15 years of classroom teaching experience have taught me all kinds of tricks, riddles, games, and memory devices and I'm very skilled at developing Q&A approaches that help you find the answer on your own, which improves independent learning significantly. I have a good sense of humor and always bring entertainment and chagrin to my teaching and tutoring sessions.
