Golden State Tutoring
About
As a recent college graduate, I have always had a strong passion for teaching and helping others. I find the best way to help others learn is through patience, understanding, and calm explanation. I understand both the perspective of the student and teacher having just graduated. I hold both a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from San Francisco State University where I graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude, Dean's List) as well as a Master of Arts degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. While my strongest proficiencies lie in History (U.S., European, and Latin American), I also have knowledge in Geography, English, Research, and (Sports) Business. I have a strong understanding of public speaking, leadership, communication, as well as time management. http://linkedin.com/in/davidbelshaw1
I enjoy teaching others about the joys of history without overemphasizing specific dates but rather sequences of key and critical events with fun and entertaining facts.
