What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first work with the student and parents to develop a list of measurable goals. Then, we develop a timeline by which we want to meet those goals. As we work to meet the goals, we continually check in on our progress and adjust our plans as necessary. I draw on a wide variety of resources to support my students, and I ask students for feedback on my performance regularly.
