Make sure they are experienced with a good track record of happy students but more importantly RESULTS. Work with a few different tutors before sticking to one, this will be a long, yet fruitful journey. Make sure your tutor has the proper training and experience. A tutor may be "kind, patient, and funny", this does not mean he will take you to the finish line. Hire a company you can trust.
