What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will teach the technologies like Java, Python, Oracle DataBase, Html5.....etc.,
I will explain each and every point to the people who joined my class, each and every program will be solved on live with real time scenario like Why we are getting the errors and so on. Every thing should be solved on live.
My classes for all the people who don't no coding before.
After completed the what I teached, they will definitely become proficient

How did you get started teaching?
Its my own interest, I have started my teaching when I am in college only, its my passion to provide the knowledge to others.

My advice is to don't look whether they are young or old, look at their skill set and how much they are capable of their passion.
