Lauryn Lee

Hi! I'm Lauryn Lee! I am a current sophomore at C.K. McClatchy High School, and I'm graduating in June '26. I am a member of their Humanities and International Studies Academy (HISP) and Visual and Performing Arts Academy (VAPA). I have a current GPA of 4.0 for just sophomore year so far, and a cumulative GPA of 3.5714 (unweighted) for high school so far. Going into high school, I was awarded the Frank Withrow Award for academic excellency (in the summer of '22). I am also ranked in the top 28% of my class (165 out of 599 students).

I have taken honors courses in Humanities World Cultures, Humanities World Literature, Chemistry Earth Systems, as well as an advanced course in Integrated Math II PLUS, a theater course, and a dance course (I have taken many other courses at school, but these are some of the most recent ones that I am most skilled in). I have also been part of the Honor Roll in the freshman fall of '22, winter of '22/'23, and spring of '23, as well as the (current) sophomore fall of '23.

Outside of school, I am involved in Varsity Cheerleading, Girl Scouts (Troop Member for 10 years and Camp Counselor In Training/CIT), and am an assistant in brainstorming/creating content for my family business (The Sacramento Observer Newspaper). I have also taken several online academic courses in Philosophy, Theology, Physics, Literature, Writing Skills, Neurology, and Politics.
