About

My services stand out because I aim to make each lesson personal to each student. Not all lessons will be the same and all student's lessons will always be different. I like to be able to connect with the student and come off as an equal rather than a teacher.

I started to tutor last year with high school level essay writing and I absolutely fell in love with helping students succeed and feel more confident about their writing.

I now help with college level resumes, essays, and also writing portfolios.

I enjoy the satisfaction of helping students succeed and gain confidence in their writing ability.

Frequently asked questions

I like to be able to get to know them more on a personal level, this helps them get comfortable with telling me what they are struggling with. I like to make each  session personable and custom with each student.

I used to tutor high school level essay writing. I have also taken various English courses such as AP Literature and Composition, AP English Language. Honors English, Introduction to Short Stories, Introduction to Poetry, Creative Writing and College Essay Writing.

I am currently taking English 1B, English 1C (Critial Thinking), American Literature and Middle Ages Literature as well as 16th-17th Century Literature as well.

My standard price varies between $15-20 an hour depending on the grade of the student and how long the session is.

I started tutoring high school level students on the side while I was working part time.

I now work at a Hebrew school with 3rd and 5th grade boys and help them not ony focus while in class, but help with their spelling and grammar as well.

I've worked with elementary students all the way to highschoolers. Making a bond with the studnent is the most important thing an educator can do.

I remember tutoring one of my students and it was on an argumentative essay. I didn't like the way his teacher wanted him to format his essay, so I told him not to do it that way. He was hesitant at first, but he got the highest grade in the class. I got his grade from a C- to an A- in the few months of tutoring him and he is doing great now.

Find a teacher you would want to connect with. A personal connection always makes a lesson more fun.
