About
I am a credentialed teacher currently teaching in Glendale USD. I have worked with children ages 0-10 for almost 20 years. I have a masters in Educational Psychology and bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Education. I teach all subjects and am fluent in Japanese. I enjoy teaching using fun methods for the student to truly learn (and remember, make sense of, and utilize)!
I enjoy being able to individualize the lesson and curriculum to be able to really target the child's needs and interest and watch them really flourish!
My life has always been about children and teaching. My experience ranges from several years of babysitting, 4 years of being a summer camp counselor, few years of tutoring during the summer, and teaching as a credentialed teacher for 15 years.
At my current school, I have received 3 awards over the last 8 years: Very Special Person award (PTA), Masonic award (local Masonic center), and Outstanding Teacher award (PTA).
