All tutors are college educated and trained in Common Core.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
All of our tutors have several years of tutoring experience.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students from 2nd grade through college.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had an 8th grade student that labeled himself as incapable of learning math. His tutor was patient, listened as much as he spoke, and soon the student was doing well because his tutor took the time to find out what was blocking his learning process; it was his lack of confidence more than his lack of skills. It is very rewarding to see their confidence rise along with their grades .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the tutors are college educated and sit with you the entire time with a 3:1 ratio or less so you receive the attention you deserve. Also make sure there are no restrictive contracts.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you want a program that addresses any skill gaps found on our diagnostic, do you just need homework guidance, or do you need both? We are available for all the above.
