Harshitha

Hello! My name is Harshitha Paladugu, and I am a Special Education teacher with a Master's degree in Education and credentials in both Multiple Subject and Mild/Moderate Support Needs. I have experience teaching students in special education, general education, and online learning environments, working with children from a variety of academic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

Students often describe me as patient, encouraging, and supportive. When working with me, you can expect a classroom where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn, effort is celebrated, and every student is treated with respect. I strive to build strong relationships with my students so they feel safe, valued, and confident in taking on new challenges.

My teaching experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at Springs Charter Schools, completing student teaching in both general education and special education settings, and teaching coding, math, and English to students around the world. These experiences have helped me develop the ability to differentiate instruction, support diverse learning needs, and create engaging lessons that help students succeed.
