What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who you could see yourself working with. Droning voices and an unwillingness to be flexible cause most kids to drop out. I really think imagining what type of personality will work for you is the best way to go .
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Questions about their methods and if they have a set way of teaching, I want to teach what my students have to learn and not just thrown an agenda at them.
