Tera Lloyd, MHS, PA-C

Hi! My name is Tera, and I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in biology, public health, and science education. I earned my undergraduate degree with a double major in Biology and Public Health Science, and my medical training has given me a deep understanding of subjects like biology, physiology, anatomy, and health sciences.

Working with me is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you truly understand the material—not just memorize it. I like to break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations and connect them to real-life examples from medicine and healthcare.

I’m patient, encouraging, and happy to adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s learning needs. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, struggling with a difficult topic, or looking to strengthen your science foundation, I’m committed to helping you succeed and feel more confident in your abilities.

In addition to tutoring science subjects, I’m also passionate about helping students who are interested in pursuing careers in healthcare. As someone who has successfully navigated the Physician Assistant school application process, I’m happy to provide guidance on PA school admissions, including coursework preparation, personal statements, and interview preparation.

Because of my clinical training and academic background, I bring both real-world experience and a strong scientific foundation to tutoring. I’m excited to help students not only improve their grades, but also develop a deeper appreciation for science and learning.
