Language Learners Coach

I am a retired teacher in Temecula Valley California. I have a BA in Education. I have taught for over 20 years from young children to ESL. It is my desire to instill confidence in students of all ages as they master their language skills in phonics, spelling, pronounciation, and reading. Through my encouragement and patience, students feel comfortable working with me and they quickly gain confidence in their language skills.

My passion in teaching is seeing each student grow in their language skills. They learn to love to read and this spills over into their writing.

My first lessons with a new student are dedicated to getting to know them and evaluating the student's reading level. Then I will create lessons to meet their specific needs.

I find that students often times need to start back at earlier language skills and then build upon those to become better and more confident readers.
