Hello! My name is Ritchelle Andal, and I bring over three years of rich experience in working with K-12 students. My current role as a classroom aide in a special education classroom at a middle school has deepened my understanding and passion for teaching, particularly in the field of special education.

I am currently pursuing my teaching credential for special education, driven by my commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. My approach to teaching is centered around building strong, meaningful rapport with my students. I believe in the power of connecting with each student, always striving to find common ground and interests that make learning more relatable and enjoyable.
