I have years of experience working with children and teaching my staff how to work with children. I have worked in schools to offer before and after school programs. I love working with children and making a positive change in their lives. I am firm but loving and I believe in positive rewards.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Getting to know them as well as they getting to know me and feel comfortable working with each other. I will set boundaries and like to use rewards for success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have developed and run programs for children through Fulton El Camino Recreation and Park District and the San Juan Unified School District. After school and Summer Day Camps. I also ran a before and after school for Almondale Academy. Both which had a homework component daily. I have an AA in social science. I have had a lot of experience working with children.
