About
It all started when I was spending some months with my family in California. We thought that since I had free time, I could teach Spanish to my niece.
It went all fine, then another niece joined the classes, then a friend of my friend, and so on.
That ́s how I discovered how much I enjoyed teaching spanish, seing "my students" progression, as well as how much I was learning from that experience (I ́ve been constantly working on improving my teaching skills).
That trip from Panamá to California was part of a big change in my life. I was an entrepreneur, I used to own a retail business with five different locations and used to have a very stressful life, but teaching Spanish to my nieces and friends helped me discover a new passion in life and the happiness of helping people achieve their goals.
When I was about to graduate from Business Administration, I started Journalism as a second career. It was then when I “mastered” my knowledge in spanish, specially in grammar and writing rules and I loved it!
You never know from all you learn in life, what will later become a new passion.
