About
Passionate, reliable educator who specializes in helping students become vulnerable enough to make mistakes and grow. I have nearly a decade of experience implementing Lindamood-Bell and Orton Gillingham methodologies to help people reach their potential as learners. During my time at Lindamood-Bell, I worked as a one-on-one Clinician, Mentor, Instructional Consultant, and Center Director.
Many of my students have diagnoses such as dyslexia & autism spectrum disorder, and I have the tools and training to help them succeed. I believe that every student can learn to their potential.
While my students make huge strides with their ability to read, understand language and do math, the most notable change is with their confidence. I love seeing students come out of their shells and become more of who they are. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing students with learning disabilities, people who were told they'd never learn to read, blossom as readers.
