I am a private fitness instructor. An overweight student requested I prepare him for his senior year of high school football. He did not want to be a lineman. He wanted to be a running back. This required losing 50 pounds and increasing his speed and agility. We had 9 months to prepare. We worked diligently through rain and snow. By opening day he had lost the 50 pounds and won the starting running back job.
