Nyam Co.
About
Who:
Hi, my name is Justin Nyam, and I am a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry based out of the South Bay.
Why Me?:
I nearly failed Calculus in my Junior year of high school. At the time, I reached out to a local tutor, and he turned my academic life around and set me on the path I'm on today.
I strive to help students who are in my shoes, so they can get the help that I need and succeed in their academics or otherwise.
Experience:
I have several years of tutoring experience in subjects including high school and college level various mathematics (Calculus, Differential Equations, Trigonometry) and Physics (Newtonian, Statics, Dynamics, Fluids, Thermodynamic, etc.).
I have over half a decade of experience with 3D modeling, FEA analysis, and adjacent softwares. E.g. Solidworks, PTC Creo, eDrawings, Cura, FEMAP, ANSYS, Thermal Desktop, and etc.
I graduated university with Latin Honors and placed very well in all my mathematics and engineering technical courses throughout my Bachelors.
Rates:
My rates are always transparent, flat, and hourly. There are no hidden fees, no retainers, no surcharges.
Payment is collected via Zelle, Apple cash, or Venmo. It is done by session and after the session.
No payment upfront required!
First session is on me! If you are ever unsatisfied with my service, it's money back.
What to Expect:
After an introductory call with either the student and/or guardian, I like to set up a weekly occurrence, and we would meet from there.
Currently, I only offer an online format through Zoom and a document camera. This means the student is able to see the problems and notes being worked out live with pen and paper.
I’ve worked with over a dozen students ranging from middle school age to college level, and all have shown grade improvements.
