Math And Reading Teacher

Is your child in K-6th grade and struggling with math or reading? I can help! I am a CA Credentialed Teacher who can provide assessments and activities to help build academic skills to support school success. I specialize in reading and mathematics instruction and strive to make lessons interesting and engaging to foster a love of learning and support educational achievement. In addition to my CA Teaching Credential, I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction and an MBA. I hope to help you and your child achieve their learning goals in the near future! :)

I really enjoy helping children who are struggling in school and seeing the rapid progress they can make with individualized tutoring support. Once students start seeing their own success, this can often motivate them to try harder and then the success continues to build. It is very rewarding to see a student who was previously having difficulty learning a skill to master it and move on to more challenging work. As the skill gets easier for the student, this can help build confidence and motivation for learning new concepts.
