Hi, my name is Matthew. After taking Spanish in high school for four years, majoring in Spanish in college and being surrounded by family and friends who also speak Spanish, I have become completely fluent. I am currently a college Spanish Major. As a tutor, I love to help those whom I tutor become very proficient in the language and learn more about the Spanish culture. When I see them succeed, it makes me very happy. I hope I can help them with their tutoring needs.
I have seven plus years of taking honors/advanced Spanish courses as well personal experience from family and friends. I tutor students of all ages and levels of Spanish (Elementary/Middle School, High School, College, etc.) ranging from beginner to advanced. My teaching style is very hands on. I work with students to help them grow in areas such as reading comprehension, listening comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking.

My ultimate goal is to help increase proficiency in the language and help students gain a better understanding of Spanish language and culture.
