Emma Torres Spanish Tutoring (I Am Currently Not Taking New Students.)
About
I'm a native Spanish speaker, with three years of experience teaching Spanish in 7th to 12th grade. I'm also experienced in giving one-on-one Spanish lessons to teenagers and professional adults.
Having learned several languages myself, I understand the frustration that can come from trying to learn a new language. You need practice, persistence, and self-confidence, and that is exactly what I provide to my students.
I love making it a personal learning experience for each person I work with. Each one can learn at their own pace and focusing on their learning styles. If they love music, I'll incorporate songs and lyrics to the lesson; if they love drawing, I'll make sure they get to draw while they learn Spanish. I believe it is possible to learn through any activity, and it can always be fun.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Hispanic- American Language and Literature from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Mexico).
I'm currently not taking new students.
