What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The best way to learn is through patience and repetition. When it comes to programming or math the goal is to learn the process or pattern to accomplish what a student wants to know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13+ years of experience in the software industry, working with fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, and 50+ other clients spanning healthcare, entertainment, and financial corporations. Masters degree in Computer Science with a focus in E-Commerce Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
How did you get started teaching?
My mother was a teacher started tutoring at a young age to other students in her classes, so it's a very natural and rewarding experience to mentor anyone in the field.
What types of students have you worked with?
Elementrary 12+ years old to college graduates.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
