About
I hold a Master's of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have 25 years experience as a classroom teacher and as an administrator of a K-12 Independent Study School, therefore I am uniquely qualified to assist with this transition. I am a CA Credentialed teacher and administrator, and I have successfully educated children in California, Georgia and North Carolina. I still have available morning slots if you are looking for an award winning passionate, culturally sensitive teacher to assist with your child's distance learning. I will work with small groups (up to 4 kids) in an indoor or outdoor learning space. $50 per small group which means you can share the cost with other families. A 50% discount will be given to parents who need support for only one child. I have advocated for children and parents for over 25 years and I am here to help parents through these unprecedented times without price gouging or taking advantage of their needs. All children deserve quality education and I am willing to provide it to you and your children.

I love when I see the moment a student realizes his ability to think critically, problem solve, create and communicate effectively independently. When they finally understand that making mistakes is a part of the process and they fall in love with the process of learning.
