My name is Ryland Smith, I am a former professional action sports athlete and a current college student attending the California State University of Long Beach with an Associate for Transfer in Psychology and Industrial Organization. I have over 3+ years of experience in private tutoring and more than 2 years as a paraeducator teaching K-8 in the Chino Valley Unified School District.

I currently tutor students in 2nd grade, 5th grade, 9th grade, and 12th grade. I tailor my methods to each individual student, as every student is unique in their learning methods. My goal is to be committed to helping students reach their full potential through tailored and engaging learning experiences. Also, I look for opportunities to empower students in their academic journey and help them achieve lasting success.

As a seasoned tutor and paraeducator, I am passionate about working with students to identify their individual needs, develop customized learning plans, and provide the necessary support for academic growth. I believe in fostering a positive and collaborative environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks.
