A Real Expert In Mandarin Who Can Help You Stand Out
About
I’m a native Chinese( Mandarin ) speaker with a Master’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature from one of China’s top 5 universities. I began to tutor international students Chinese since my graduate studies. Among my students coming from America, Europe and other countries of Asia, there were students, businesspersons, university scholars, etc.
I cherished the chances and endeavored to help the students to achieve their goals. One of my Korean students enrolled in graduate program of Chinese Department after learning with me for 2 years. Another Korean student improved his spoken Chinese and got a job at a local company. A German student went back to her homeland to teach Chinese and write books in Chinese. She said that I had reconstructed her knowledge and deepened her understanding of Chinese. Besides, most of my students had passed HSK and AP tests.
After graduation I worked as an editor at Chengdu Normal University. There I also gave lessons to students on writing, equipping them with advanced writing skills. I gained a National Teacher’s Certificate and a National Spoken Chinese Class II Grade A Certificate during my employment.
In 2016 I began to teach Chinese at Torrance Chinese School in Los Angeles. Based on years of teaching experience, I had developed an efficient instructional model CEE( Context, Explore and Enlighten). Through immersive circumstances full of examples, practices and projects, I made it easier for the students to understand the knowledge and read, speak and write like a native speaker. I combined my model with other popular models and methods (eg, 5E model and Mad Libs), which largely aroused the students’ interest and broadened their horizons.
I’m patient, passionate and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a real expert in Mandarin Chinese, contact and learn with me!
