I am excited to apply for this tutoring position because I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. As a substitute teacher, I have gained valuable experience working with students across various grade levels, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and creating positive learning environments. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Teaching with a Multiple Subject credential, which has strengthened my understanding of effective instructional strategies and student development.
