    Frequently asked questions

I spend time to know the student and learning needs before jumping into the lesson.

I studied English Korean translation in college.

I taught in Boulder Korean language school for years and tutored Korean language to college students and adults.

I also taught math and English reading in Kumon for years.

    30min - $15

    45min - $25

    60min - $35

I have a sister who's five years younger than I and naturally became a personal tutor for her while growing up.

When I had my children, besides teaching my own kids, I volunteered to be assisting teachers at schools and churches.

Then, I became a part time instructor at Kumon for math and English reading and also a teacher at Boulder Korean language school.

I like elemantray school kids and am good with them.

I taught college students and adults also.

While staying home during Covid-19 pandemic, I tried to make myself busy by growing various plants.

After 6weeks, the avocado seed that I placed two thirds way in water finally sprouted with tiny baby leaf and cream color thread looking root shooting down into water.

I think it was an exciting event that I am fond of.

Feel free to ask questions before you start the actual lesson. Try to know better about your teacher - background, experience, philosophy, even personality.

Also, setting the learning goal together is helpful for both.

Why do I want to learn this language?

    What is my learning style?

How much time and effort am I willing to put into?

What is my goal in a month, in six months, in a year?
