I hold a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Riverside and am currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing and an MA in English Literature. My academic background has equipped me with advanced skills in analyzing, interpreting, and teaching English concepts.

I have a plethora of experience tutoring English for K-12 students, focusing on grammar, reading comprehension, and essay writing. My methods include personalized lesson plans tailored to the student’s needs, interactive discussions to foster critical thinking, and step-by-step guidance on assignments to build confidence and independence.

Having tutored students ranging from elementary to high school age in a one-on-one setting. My teaching experience includes both formal tutoring and informal assistance, such as helping peers and family members. With years of experience balancing academic responsibilities and teaching others, I understand the importance of creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
