Politics, Mathematics, Philosophy, And History Tutoring
About
I am passionate at helping students achieve their full potential. I understand that sometimes schooling can not be the most effective place to learn, so I strive to meet students where they are at, and engage you in what excites you. My backround is in debate and four years at Northwestern University studying Philosophy, African American Studies, Political Science, and History, and I have a robust backround in each. My tutoring method is collaborative, and I believe this is the most impactful form of learning, and I hope to pass on my love for these subjects to all of my students.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I emphasize a collaborative environment that creates a hospitable learning environment for all. Getting to know what the student's passion is, where they are struggling, and how they think they would benefit most, are crucial first steps. This all culminates in maintaining a judgement free space, where the student can flourish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of competitive speech and debate that has sharped my communication and analytic skills so I can break down and interpret tough information more easily to the student. I also am completing my fourth year at Northwestern University studying African American Studies and Political Science.
