What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Assess the student's current level of English proficiency .
2. Diagnose any problems affecting student's ability to succeed in academic environment in English (e.g. native language interference).
3. Draw up solution to remedy grammar and language challenges.
4. Follow up with constant communication and feedback to assist the student to improve.
