Hello everyone!

I have been working as an independent tutor since 2022 (3+ years of experience) and I love to do so! Not only do I enjoy helping other students but I believe that in doing so, I am also keeping my memory intact (which is a little trick I teach my students as well). I am currently a nursing student with two Associate’s degrees, one in Health Science and one in Social Sciences. Although I have basic K-12 knowledge engraved into my memory, my teaching skills go beyond that into college coursework as well. I am proficient in English, Literature, Math, all Sciences, etc. I have always excelled in school and have juggled Advanced Placement courses, jobs, internships, and college-level coursework which has allowed me to gain certain learning AND teaching skills, aside from basic subject knowledge. I also believe that great tutoring does not solely rely on knowledge; I help my students in a way that enlists confidence, determination, and self-love as these three factors can really impact how information is absorbed.
