What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For a new student, I will first have to learn what topics she struggles with and so I can help her.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UC Irvine with BS in Biology, went to dental school but realized this is not my niche and withdrew. I then attended University of Redlands and obtained Single Subject Teaching Credential in Full Math (up to Calculus), Biology, General Science, Chemistry, and Physic.

I often charge my students at a rate of $30/ hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in 2011 as substitute teacher. I enjoyed substitute teaching than as a regular teacher classroom setting since I can be able to teach variety of subjects.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all different kinds of students: 1st grade to 12th grade, college and adult students. I also have experience teaching students with some learning disabilities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My fond moment in teaching is often a Aha moment when I unlock students' understandings and felt quite happy when students succeeded.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My experience is to my experience students should hire teacher who has at least a bachelor degrees.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students can ask for teachers' backgrounds before taling about their needs.
