I currently serve as a third-grade teacher, where I plan and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, and use data-driven practices to support student growth. Through my teaching experience, I have developed strong classroom management skills, effective communication strategies, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
In addition to my classroom experience, I have provided one-on-one and small-group tutoring to students with varying academic needs. My tutoring experience has allowed me to personalize instruction, identify learning gaps, and help students make meaningful progress in reading, writing, and mathematics. I enjoy creating supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and celebrate their achievements.
