Math Wizzard
About
I'll teach you how to learn math, so you won't need a tutor anymore. My way of understanding and teaching math is very different, and enjoyment is a manditory prerequisite, not just a preferred outcome. My main spell books are Polya's How to Solve It, 3B1B, and of course the Forest of Knowledge that is the Internet
I enjoy mathematics because it's intrinsically interesting. I love solving problems and the insights gained by solving. Also I literally make my living with numbers, so there's that. I want to teach others about the joy of mathematics, because simply there isn't enough appreciation of it out there.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I've got to know your purpose.
Those who desire high marks will get drills to increase speed and efficiency.
Some seek understanding, for those I will spend more time upon, and make sure they understand every little concept in their book.
Finally there are those who seek enlightenment. For them the path is perilous and contorted. There are no books, or maps here, only the terror of absolute freedom. I will treat you like a equal, and together we will throw everything we have at the problem. Including Computer Science and others. The art of true problem solving is open ended, messy, and demands a certain amount of determined creativity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in math.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Not really. I'd rather you pay for what you feel you got out of the lessons, and no more.
