Through my experience in math competitions, biology competitions, advanced STEM coursework, and peer tutoring, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain challenging concepts clearly. My background in areas like calculus, linear algebra, discrete math, biology, and chemistry has helped me approach STEM subjects from multiple angles. As a tutor, my goals are to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding of core concepts, and become more independent problem-solvers. I also want to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported, ask questions freely, and learn how to work through difficult material step by step.
