The first task for me is to assess the capabilities and the weaknesses of the students. From there, I would recommend the coursework in order to specifically address the weaknesses that I aim to improve. Progress should be seen within a month and is trackable through tests and examinations.

One event I cherish the most is the time in my life I consider my true “coming-of-age” phase. Rather than staying in my comfort zone, I decided to travel the world, live and work overseas, and immerse myself in various cultures. Along the way, I formed deep friendships and discovered how fulfilling it is to give my all in everything I do. This period of exploration helped me grow into the mature thinker I am today. I strive to bring that same openness and adventurous spirit into my teaching, so that I can inspire my students to embrace challenges and broaden their horizons, just as I did.
