About
It is my preliminary job to satisfy all those students in need of help. It would bring me great pleasure to help other fellow students succeed in their conquest for knowledge of the sciences and the french language. I have taken classes of AP Biology, Biology 201 in college, General Chemistry 131/132 and labs that follow those courses. I have also received the Bilteracy Seal in French. I have been learning and teaching French for 4 years. Thank you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I feel like encouraging those to ask lots of questions in which I can help strengthen the fundamentals and basics. I start by getting a feel for what level of understanding the student has and from there, I accommodate my teaching style for that particular student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many science courses throughout my educational journey. In highschool, I have taken 4 years of the French language and I have taken AP Biology, AP French, AP Calculus, and AP Chemistry. I am now in College taking general chemistry 131/132 and Biology 201. I am currently attending the university of Redlands. I am majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in the French language. I am pursuing the pre-med track to earn a PhD/MD degree. I have also worked as a Laboratory Aid at Loma Linda University, School of Medicine where I conducted medical research under profound mentors. I have also worked as a medical scribe at San Antonio Regional Hospital.

How did you get started teaching?
I tutored at my local middle school in which I was able to teach students in a lower grade than I was. I also taught French and helped students in terms of grammar fundamentals, comprehension, vocabulary, and speech.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of students from all backgrounds. I have also helped students ranging from the age of 7 to 18.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would give them the advice to study or review material every day for at least 10-15 minutes to refresh memory and strengthen their relationship with good student habits.
