About
Rikki's tutoring is dedicated in helping achieving students have a guiding hand to their potential in becoming strong well rounded students. I myself, Rikki, was not such a great student starting out. I would stuggle over simple algebra and english. It was after taking the hand of fellow tutors that I was able to graduate highschool with above a 4.0 and get into university. I am now a 1st Year freshman Neurosceince Major Candidate at the University of California, with more knowledge and tools that I need possible. I want to make sure I can help those just like me find that special potential with my own helping hand and allow them to blossom into the amazing students and people they are!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I want to first be able to get to know a bit about the students study habits. I'd like to see where their strengths might be and also take not of what could be more practiced and focused about. Before deep diving into making judgments, I find that looking at each piece of a puzzle that came to me being hired would be much more beneficial for the student and myself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been tutoring many peers and younger students for years, going through school. I was apart of the National Honors Society in highschool where I served to tutor the underclassmen on all the subject that were being taught. To this day I go many times rereading my peers papers and giving my extra support to questions that trouble their minds.
