What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student and understanding that each student learns and grasps information in different ways. Allowing the student to express themselves and be comfortable to make work more enjoyable
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of June 2020 I received my Associates Degree in Math and Science.
My strong suits are more in the sciences like chemistry, anatomy, biology, astronomy, etc.
Although I have less training in math I am knowledgeable in Algebra 1-2, Geometry, and some statistics.
I have worked with preschool aged children as well as high school aged children.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge 18$/hr and require a minimum of 2 hours per tutor session.
How did you get started teaching?
My first teaching job was as a choreographer(dance teacher) at my previous high school. I found that I really enjoyed helping, teaching, and communicating with others
