My name is Grimalda Cayo, and I have a degree in Social Work. I am passionate about working with children and adolescents and enjoy helping them succeed both academically and personally.

I am a patient, positive, and easygoing person who works well with students, families, and colleagues. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels respected and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I always give my best effort to help students learn, develop confidence, and feel comfortable in the classroom. I have experience working as a Paraeducator at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels, supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
