I have tutored elementary school, high school, and even college students in a variety of subjects, including math, chemistry, and languages such as Spanish and English. I love seeing the "aha" moment in my students when they finally are able to wrap their heads around a difficult concept. When I teach, I like to use analogies to explain ideas in simpler terms and provide additional perspectives. However, I can adjust my methods based on feedback from the student.

I am an undergraduate student at Purdue University studying Applied Mathematics. I have worked at the tutoring company Kumon Math and Reading for 6 months in 2021. I have also held an 8-week session of SAT math training through Schoolhouse.world, a company started by Khan Academy.

I am a senior in high school who enjoys working with children. I have been tutoring for 3 years, for either my classmates, or with children. As a Kumon Tutor, I mostly worked with kids from preschool to 8th grade. Additionally, I also volunteered at a special education transitional kindergarten.
